I help people build lives and businesses they genuinely love.
Coaching shifted everything for me. It changed how I show up as a father, husband, friend, and leader. It helped me reconnect with who I really am.
I left a successful but unfulfilling career to create a life aligned with my values. Now I coach leaders, creatives, and business owners who are ready to do the same, to live with intention, lead with heart, and build something that truly matters.
This work lights me up, and I feel grateful to do it every day.
I am passionate about life and love to learn, experience, and share. I’m a yoga instructor, space holder, and community connector from the coastal shores of South Africa. I discovered yoga in 2001 and instantly fell in love with the practice.
I began teaching around 2005, and my path has taken many forms to deepen my practice, through study, international teachers, and time in India, which eventually led me to become a certified Iyengar yoga instructor. My teaching is rooted in alignment, presence, and the power of connection, on and off the mat.
I currently find myself at Rancho Burica, in southern Costa Rica, a soulful sanctuary where the jungle meets the ocean.
I’m dedicated to creating spaces where people can move, breathe, and truly connect, with themselves, each other, and nature.
